Eliminate the pill free interval

• RCT daily vs cyclic vaginal 50mcg OCP

• 70% amenorrhea by 3 months, 90% by 1 yr but 20% still occasional spotting at month 6

• significant increase in hemoglobin

• No pregnancies compared to 4 in cycling arm
